1. Information We Use

To generate 9 long images, the app reads photos you actively select and basic image information such as size, color features, capture time, and album metadata available from the system.

2. Data Collection and Uploads

Always9Pics does not collect names, email addresses, contacts, precise location, or personally identifiable information. The app does not upload your original photos or exported long images to developer servers.

3. Local Processing and Storage

Photo analysis, grouping, ordering, and export are completed on device. Exported long images may be saved to your device, Photos library, or sharing destination you choose. Destination apps process shared content under their own policies.

4. Pro One-Time Purchase

Always9Pics offers Lifetime Pro Membership (product ID: lifetime.pro.always9pics) as a non-consumable in-app purchase. Apple handles purchase processing, refunds, and payment information. Pro unlocks paid features after purchase and does not auto-renew. This in-app purchase currently does not support Family Sharing.

6. Children's Privacy

Always9Pics is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
