1. Information We Process

To provide the core features, the app processes photos, videos, GIFs, text, stickers, and exported files when you choose to use them. This content is used for editing, previewing, and generating memes.

2. Photo Permissions

The app requests photo library read access only so you can import selected media, and photo library add access only so you can save exported GIFs when you choose to do so. You can change these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

3. Local Processing and Storage

Imported media, edits, and exports are mainly processed on your device. The app does not require account creation or login, and it does not automatically upload your personal media to our servers. Uninstalling the app removes app-local data.

4. Giphy Service

When you open the Giphy picker, search, or select online stickers/GIFs, the app accesses Giphy over the network. Giphy may process request information according to its own terms and privacy policy.

5. Sharing and Export

Exported memes leave the app only when you actively save them or share them through the system share sheet. You control the media you import and export, and you are responsible for using it lawfully and respectfully.

6. Third-Party Analytics and Advertising

The app does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not intentionally include third-party analytics SDKs.

7. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
