Terms of Use

Pixel Panic is a macOS image utility provided by LI WEI. By using the app, you agree to these terms. The first version is provided without subscriptions, in-app purchases, or a paid Pro tier.

You retain responsibility for images, text, prompts, API accounts, and outputs you use. You must have the right to process and upload that content and must not use the app for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful activity. Optional AI features are also subject to the selected provider’s terms, availability, regional limits, fees, and content rules.

Pixel Panic validates local output and creates a timestamped backup before replacing an original where applicable, but you remain responsible for keeping independent backups of important files. Covers and AI results are normally saved as new files. Do not treat any generated result as guaranteed accurate, unique, lawful, or fit for a particular purpose.

The app is provided as available without warranties to the extent permitted by law. The developer is not liable for provider outages, account charges, lost credentials, unsuitable AI output, or indirect loss. These terms may be updated with a new date on this page.
