1. Information the app handles
Selfies, thumbnails, change videos, face and eye landmarks, capture dates, and your settings are used to provide app features. Face landmarks are used only for framing and visual alignment, not to identify who you are.
2. On-device processing and storage
Photos and face analysis are processed on-device and saved in the app's private storage by default. SelfieDiary does not require an account, include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs, or upload selfies to a developer-operated server.
3. Photos and iCloud
The app saves content to Photos or copies app data to your private iCloud container only when you grant permission and enable those options. Apple processes Photos and iCloud data under its own privacy terms. Turning backup off does not automatically delete an existing cloud copy.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Monthly and yearly Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. The app receives product, purchase-status, and entitlement information, but not your payment-card details or full billing information.
5. Reminders and feedback
Daily capture reminders use on-device notifications. A feedback email includes what you write and may include device information and a lightweight diagnostic log only when you choose to send it.
6. Retention, deletion, and contact
You can delete selfies or clear iCloud backup from the app. Copies saved separately to Photos must be removed in Photos. Deleting the app removes its local data, but does not remove purchase records held by Apple. For privacy questions, contact wallyvay@gmail.com.
