SelfieDiary Terms of Use

By using SelfieDiary, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

Updated:2026-07-10

1. Service and license

SelfieDiary is a personal selfie journal and change-video tool. You keep your rights in your photos and are responsible for ensuring that anything you capture, import, or share is lawful and respects the rights of others.

2. Auto-renewing Pro subscriptions

SelfieDiary Pro offers monthly and yearly auto-renewing plans that let you remove the export watermark. The purchase screen shows the current price and billing period. Apple charges your account at confirmation. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, the subscription renews automatically and Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

3. Management, cancellation, and refunds

Manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings. After cancellation, Pro access normally continues through the paid period. Apple handles billing, refunds, and payment disputes under its policies.

4. Privacy and acceptable use

Do not use the app to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, harassing, or privacy-violating content. See the localized Privacy Policy for data-handling details.

5. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the app available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device. To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for backing up important content and for the results of using or sharing it.

6. Governing agreement

Apple's Standard EULA forms part of these terms. If this page conflicts with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
